With a focus on developing fine and gross motor skills, numbers from 1-10 and part-part-whole relationships, colours and patterns, and encourages learning through play!

Children make their own wooden ‘Friends of Ten’ abacus which they can use to help them learn counting, adding and subtracting from 0 to 10.

This hands-on woodworking project gives kids the opportunity to learn to use real tools safely with -

• All the Wooden parts, hardware and materials for your student/s to build their project with easy to follow instructions.

• Online access to Educator/Student support materials, lesson planning guides, risk assessments and V9 curriculum links

• Aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework

The following Tools and Safety Equipment are required to make this project and are NOT included

• Screwdrivers

• Safety Equipment - Junior Safety Glasses
