Maker Sessions are designed to be one off sessions where participants get to make, complete and take home one project piece during the course of the session. Makers can choose to come to one or as many sessions as they please as we understand that it can be hard to lock in a terms worth of activities. Walk-ins are welcome though on-line bookings are preferred as it makes it easier for us to plan.

Each week, a new project piece is designed  to provide makers of all ages with a variety of skills and the complexity of each item is adjusted to suit each age group from 3 years of age to adults.  These projects vary greatly from week to week in terms of materials, skills and processes used.

See below for regularly updated Project Calendar - ALL POSTPONED UNTIL REOPENING

MAKER FUN FOR LITTLE ONES 3-5 years ($16)

Every Wednesday, Thursday And Friday between 9.30 - 11.30.

Over a 2 hour session, young makers are guided through the weekly project with help from their parents and the Make&Meld staff. With tea and coffee facilities provided and a fun play-space for younger siblings, these sessions have become very popular with parents and grandparents alike who are looking to enhance their kids or grand-children's range of fine and gross motor skills along with a range of other skills including problem solving and creative thinking.

MAKER FUN FOR BIGGER ONES 5 - 18 years ($18)

Every Wednesday, Thursday And Friday between 3.30 - 5.30.

Our Maker sessions have just expanded to include a new range of hours for school aged children. These sessions are project based rather than time based and are therefore flexible in terms of delivery. Participants may arrive anytime from 3.30 with the last intake being at 5.30 (assuming the project takes approximately an hour, our doors will then close at 6.30 or whenever the last maker completes their piece. After school Maker Sessions will be as per the weekly project but with an extension in the range of skills, tools and methods being used dependent on the range of skills and abilities of each individual participant. The older makers will also be encouraged to problem solve, design and individualise their piece where possible. Bookings preferred though walk-ins accepted.

Every Saturday, 9.30am - 1.30pm

Unless a party is being held - please check our socials prior to walk-ins or book-online to ensure we will be operating as per usual.

Saturday sessions are as per our weekly sessions and are designed to be achievable for all age groups.
